They are BLACK Long Sleeved Tee Shirts. (See the Order Form). The Back print (white) will list all teams in the event (by division)
The only colour option available at the Event Store will be a BLACK tee shirt with RED/White/ print on front and White on the back. Pre-Orders are available in several other team colours.
Teams may pre-order the following colour variations until Monday Nov. 21, 2011
Colours Available: Red, Purple, Kelly Green, Maroon, Vegas Gold, Sky/Carolina Blue, Teal, Hot Pink, Metallic Silver, Royal Blue (Colours may be slightly different than on your monitor). NOTE: There is a 10 unit minimum for each colour. For example - if you are the only team that orders a certain colour - there must be a minimum of 10 of that colour in total for us to run it. If the 'colour minimum' is not reached, we will contact you to select an alternative.
Please email the quantity of each size you will require. There is a 10 unit minimum order per Design or Colour.
No custom colour orders will be prepared after Monday Nov. 21, 2011 (for delivery to the competition). There will be a VERY limited number of extra RED prints available at the event but will sell out quickly.
NOTE: A minimum of 10 shirts must be ordered for a colour run to be initiated. Please ask if another squad has already met the minimum if you are ordering a small run or an less popular colour.
Sizes Available: Youth Large (= adult XS), Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Large, Adult XL, Adult XXL
Note: Youth Large and Adult XXL- (for pre-orders only). There will not be any Youth Large or Adult XXL available AT the event. Availability of Youth Large available is very limited. If you foresee needing this size, you should order quickly before our supply is depleted.

Then: MAIL the payment to PCA, call in a credit card number to 1-800-567-7221 or E-MAIL PCA
IF - you are mailing the payment in, please ensure that it arrives at the PCA office well before the competition. Teams with unpaid orders at the event will be asked to pay cash/cheque/card on site at the competition.
ALL orders MUST be received at the PCA office prior to Monday November 21, 2011. Cheques Payable to

PCA is NOT accepting payment delayed orders such as Purchase Orders or post event billing to school accounts for the event tee shirts.
Once ordered, your team is responsible for paying for the order IN FULL on or before the event date.
No cancellations or changes will be accepted after Monday November 21, 2011.
LATE ORDERS
We WILL process orders after the order deadline provided that:
a. The order is paid for IN FULL.
b. The team is responsible for paying shipping if required.
c. The team accepts that the order WILL NOT be delivered to the competition.
Orders placed after the competition (ie. you need a few more), will cost $25.00 (ea.) plus shipping. The 10 unit minimum still applies.
